Daniel Johns, hands down.
Not only is he everything I think to be cool, he rights amazing music with excellent lyrics. He had a difficult life, got through it and came out a wonderful person. He is all for animal liberation and is Australian.
My favourite songs are Ana's Song, Miss You Love, Spawn Again, Tuna In The Brine, Freak, Asylum and Straight Lines. (Plus all of the ones I haven't added because I don't want the list to get too long.)

Atm Cheryl Cole...lol many people think she got no talent whatsoever, but I absolutely love the songs she releases and the amount of work she puts in her performances.

Frankly, I think she has tremendous talent!

There's also Britney Spears eyes

In English I like male vocals, so my all time favorites are Rob Thomas, Pat Monahan from Train, Adam Levine from Maroon 5, Michael Buble, Bear Rinehart from Needtobreathe, Ryan Tedder from OneRepublbic, Gavin DeGraw, and Landon Pigg. XD

In French I like Beatrice Martin from Coeur de Pirate and Zaz.

I'll post some songs from the lesser known:

It is either, and what does it matter if he is dead?
