I'm trying to track down a manga that I've only heard of secondhand, any help is appreciated!

One of the leads is French and his foreign roots have made him popular with girls, but he insults them in French to their faces (knowing they can't understand him) out of jealousy and irritation whenever his best friend comments on how pretty the girls are. The French lead is in love with his best friend but doesn't want to ruin the friendship by confessing and thinks he doesn't have a chance because his friend has only expressed interest in women, so he only tells him how he feels in another language. The French guy might have been kind of possessive? He might have tried to divert romantic suitors away from his friend, but I'm not entirely sure about that part.

It may also have been a pretty short manga? I'm not clear about a lot of the plot specifics but I couldn't find anything remotely similar when searching for it on my own 😔

Its Chapter 4 is like that plot.
