I'll check through my lists, maybe I remember some more =D
EDIT: Sry, I looked through all my completed mangas(besides oneshots), but I couldn't find one manga that really seemed to fit... and what seems to fit best from my reading list was this:

Gold Rush 21 has this on the side, but it's not very prominent.
Game x Rush in a way - even though the protagonist is not related to his brother by blood, they behave like a real family.
