other nice example will be me i live in poland we dont have many mangas here and if there are they are still so expensive that i cannot buy them not to mention animes its almost like none lets say abou 30 titles that i know :/

so then if i want other mangas i just must download it from net (scanlation) because as you know importing it from usa would cost me like 5x more -_- same goes for anime

reasuming

if yu have in conutry many mangas and animes that are at good price downloading them is bad
but if you have almost none then i think its not bad ...
and anyway here is law tht you can have copies of files for 24h legal XD
