I need a manga that gives off a sense of warmth after you read it? if not warmth then a happy feeling... and one requirement is completely scanned, oh and preferably school life or slice of life or drama no actiony stuff.

yes it vague, but try Ranma 1/2 i kinda got that feel after i finish it 32 Volumes!!!!.It got school life too. It very actiony, every chapter here a fight sry xD
I guess you can hi-jack someones idea, but you'll never understand their plan for its success.

Azumanga Daioh (I don't think it's completely scanned, but I'm about 95% certain it's completely released in the US. Only 4 volumes anyway).
Maybe Pretty Face? You should at least get a couple laughs from it.
For ongoing stuff in the same vain as Yotsubato, try Minami-ke as well, although it's not nearly as funny (IMO, at least).

I love Azumanga Diaoh, the anime was great and I own the omnibus v of the manga lol, Pretty face was good as well and Minami-ke was also really funny and yea all of your suggestions are working for me, too bad I've read them already.

Not fully scanned, but apparently Hidamari Sketch and Manabi Straight have manga. I thought that both anime were decent and at least in the vain of what you're looking for.
Second Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou for sure. I'm embarrassed that I forgot it.
