I usually use Calibri or Trebuchet MS. But I'd prefer Arial over Times New Roman.

Out of the two I'd say Arial - there's more of a roundness to it.

Where I live school papers are still handwritten... but when I use the computer to write something I always use Arial because it's simple and easy to read. Times New Roman looks nicer, but I think it puts more strain on my eyes.

Arial.

100%

I've been using it since 2003 when I first had to start writing essays and never looked back.
I've never liked Times New Roman. Ever.

I'm only allowed to use Helvetica and Arial now anyway. Still using Arial, although I'm not particularly fussed with using Helvetica because it basically the same.

I'm an Arial type of person.

I do like Times New Roman, but I like Arial a bit more.

This is how I feel, too.

Calibri is better than either, in my opinion ^^

Even if I wanted to use Arial, I can't since my English class requires Times New Roman only. I use other fonts when I'm not typing an English-related paper, but I don't remember the names. I just choose whatever looks good. laugh

For webcontent it's all set to Ubuntu.
Coding/Monospace is Inconsolata.
I use LaTeX for documents and that uses Garamond for the end product .

Here, the standard typing for paper works are Times New Roman.
I like Arial Narrow and Comic Sans..

Those pretty much the defaults of the current MS Word. ¯\(°_o)/¯

Times New Roman is my personal favorite, Arial seems to ordinary and precise.
