..I cant believe the sacrifices Roger and Rouge made to protect Ace!!

It was mentioned how Roger secretly disbanded his crew a year before his excecution.. and we all know that it was because of his terminal illness. But.. another reason why he surrendered himself to the WG is because of Ace...Both of them deliberately delayed Ace's birth MONTHS after his death so that no one would EVER suspect that Ace is Roger's son.

and...Rouge?!?!!?

It must have been strenuous for her to stop her labour multiple times (or prolly took some kind of medicine to delay the pregnancy). And in the end, that costed her life!!

and Ace??!

He was brought up to believe that he was Dragon's son eventhough he is aware of his own mother.

Then, he was abandoned...when he was a kid..., and then saved from the brink of death by Whitebeard!!!1 He's ROGER'S KID FOR GODSAKES!?!!? and now he's now in the same position as his dad!

Sad...how sad....T_____T

Two scenes immediately come to mind. Neither were massive, plot changing events, but just little things with more profound meanings.

Firstly, at the end of the second volume of Girlfriends

When Akko's putting on Mari's makeup for her, and Mari just starts crying because she knows they can never be together.

And in Berserk

When Guts and Caska are travelling alone, she's terrified of him and hates him, but she's all he has left, and he tries so hard just to take care of her.

It was also pretty tragic when Judeau died in that series, wanting to tell Caska he loved her, but in the end he never could.

I still haven't gotten over Ursula's execution in Red River. That she agreed to sacrifice herself and her fiancé could only watch was pure heartache.

Ren's death in Nana was also brutal. I didn't even like Ren, but it was sad to see what it did to everyone who knew him.

When Siegehart uses all his powers to send Elle and Haru to the future and him remaining trapped in the past forever and protecting Elle's grave for 50 years and even after death his skeleton still remains there, he couldn't do anything...eat anything...doing nothing that will alter the future and wait till his death....so friggin sad....

when bird guardian of arabasta (i forget his name) take a bomb and explode in air to protect his country.., well we know later that he is alive, but the punchline is making me cry, ukh..

going merry, yeah we all know it..

hmmm... nice posting.. some of the scenes where somewhat "unfamiliar" to me, since i haven't bothered reading some series but with those scenes, those series took my interest,...

when gray was fighting in the "moon island", and when the ice surrounding the demon that was frozen and imprisoned by his teacher Ur was being melted, it was touching since Ur was the ice itself and was already melting... of course there's more scenes...
