Usually, it's easy to find romance with a shy/weak girl and a strong/confident guy, but I'm looking for the opposite. It could be a tall girl/ short guy, strong girl/ weak guy, confident girl/ shy guy, dominant girl/ submissive guy etc.
Just make sure it stays that way and the girl doesn't suddenly want to be rescued or the guy becomes strong and brave.
Thnx.

I would check out:
Horimiya - I really like this series. I haven't kept up with it recently, but it definitely fits the confident girl/shy guy description.
Mizutama Honey Boy - this one's a bit newer, only a couple volumes out and only a couple chapters translated, but I think it's really good. It's more like the strong girl/weak guy description, but the guy isn't necessarily "weak", per say. I'd consider this more of a reversed-gender-roles-type romance...? Not sure how to describe it...
Love Com - I'm yet to read this one, but it's been turned into an anime and has won an award. It fits the tall girl/short guy description. From what I hear, it's a great story!
NG Life - I haven't read this one yet either, but it seems to be really popular! Plus, Kusanagi Mizuho writes one of my favorite series (Akatsuki no Yona), so I trust her work to be pretty solid.
Anyways, these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head!

I've never read it, but I just ran across The Change!, and it seems to fit your request perfectly.
Edit: You should also consider looking under the "Reversed Gender Roles" tag.

A shout to mindless void

I'd recommend:
Seishun Otome Banchou!
The female is scary, physically strong and in the later chapters she becomes dominant in her relationship, but at the start she is rather shy. The male comes off as cold at the start, but rest assured, as in later chapters he accepts his femininity.
Sadistic Beauty
This one you should DEFINITELY try. As one of my favourite manga, the female here is assertive, strong, and dominant, and has two submissive males she can choose from. The first male is cute and fluffy, while the other tries to put on a strong and powerful mask, but realises his submissive tendencies.
Mizutama Honey Boy
Strong female, feminine male.
