believe me the day I start to troll like I used to is the day you understand what is internet misery (I would have to re learn how to hack again, but just for you I might try)
Anyway Lets see
He said never to do that again because guys don't like being treated as 'girls'
Must feel very good to read a single sentence and then label a person you don't even know as a jerk/pussy/dick whatever
BUT there are SEVERAL things we need to take into account.
First: Was he alone when She decided to hit on him? His answer might be a simple act of him protecting the respect his friends have for him, because when you have a lot of friends (in amounts that only gangs seem to have) is easy to drop to the very bottom of the food chain, is "Hierarchy", a thing that is NOT limited to guys.
In big groups some have to be at the top and some have to be down in the pits is a very standard rule... don't like it? then go an suicide because that's how the world works, not just for humans, but for pretty much everything.
Not only that, but when you are at the top the only place to go is down, and there are always others that want to go up.
Don't want to be part of any big groups? then go and live in a cave.
Most of the time when a guy acts as a dick he does it because his friends are around, I am not saying that is an excuse (or maybe I did) but is a reason.
Lets say a girl hits on me, and even if my Girlfriend is not around my friends are there and heck who the hell says one of them won't open their mouth and say I was hitting on other girls? One of the rules of the Book is, If your friends are drinking anything can happen.
Then option two: a Girl hits on me, and I don't want to have a relationship with her for whatever the reason (hear rumors about her, I am not in the mood, etc), but I can't flat out reject her, because if I do then maybe my friends may start to call me a "palomo", even if they start as a joke is something you better avoid, so what do I do? I say something stupid yet manly to keep them in their place and still reject the girl.

ETC.
But I guess is pretty easy to label guys as sexist, specially when you don't even know them.
In short
Do you want an Honest answer? Never ask in front of other people.
That applies to both guys and girls.
Now... if the guy was alone and he still said that, then he is indeed a dick... or better say a rather insecure and poor bastard.

@Chaoswind-I'm pretty sure Pirate and Shade are right because we were the only one present at the time, his ego probably just got in the way. And I didn't say anything that should be taken wrong it was more on the lines of "you're hot.." something something, I can't remember what it was exactly though, but I'm pretty sure he could have handled it differently.

Hey, I never said it was a good line or something that I'd fall for. I've heard guys use it, though.
What would be more interesting is if someone starts with the "Wanna 68?" and the responding individual says something snappier than "What's that?" (for example: "You don't want to owe me one. My family's in the mafia." which turns the tables and gives a smart-ass reply.)
Depending on the people involved (and the right amount of smirk on your face), that could be a great way to break ice and learn something worthwhile about the individual's personality and sense of humor at the same time. Or, it could lead to someone presuming you're stuck up. Funny how everything can be a double-edged sword. =)

🤣 If only everyone could be that witty. I try but no there's no hope there, it takes me time to come up with a good comeback. 😐
But you know I've heard some really bad lines that make me wonder what guys are on when they use them like: “Hey, what’s up? Guess what? It’s your lucky day. Out of all the girls here, I picked you to talk to.” There's just soemthing wrong there.

Over judging the humor of baseless confidence is the problem with 90% of pickup lines. Take the one I posted "Grab your jacket, you've scored. Let's go." All it takes is a simple retort, or even as little as hesitating for a few seconds and the whole thing comes crashing down around the guy's ears.
