Yeah, I meet people outside of school and work all the time. I usually play a lot of sports and make some good friends.

I prefer a small group of friends that are closely tied.

Yeah, just different sports you may be in or activities you enjoy. You meet people and then it just clicks sometimes. A lot of the times I meet friends at church events or especially at the mall. biggrin

Nope. Possibly. Well, I wouldn't know the awesome people I know now had it not been for school/college.

Nope. Well, some light friends on the 'net, maybe, but that's it. Although if I had no school/work, I'd be on the net more, and would make some friends, so yeah...

I have friends on the internet, but since most of them have their own life outside of the net and I have mine, they're not as close as my other friends from school.

Off course! I met the girl I'm living with and I plan to spend the rest of my life with, while I was on vacation to visit my aunt and uncle in Japan. And some other friends I also just met by going out or online.
Though to be fair, I met my best friend in kindergarten so yeah if not for school I wouldn't have met her but still I would have friends ^_^

Considering practically everyone I know and keep in touch in are from school/university, probably not laugh
I used school to socialise more than anything, so it's not surprising that most if not all of my friends who I keep in close contact with are from school.
I did meet a lot of people outside school though. I guess if I never went to school I would have made more of an effort to keep in touch with them. So maybe I wouldn't be completely alone.
