its called Variant, or Vagrant or something like that
the story is about people are being attacked by demons
so they use a girl who has a demon arm and use her to
fight the other demons. but in doing so they are concerned
if that girl with the demon arm will become a bigger threat
to them than the monsters they are using her to fight
