My first shoujo manga was Ultra Maniac. My brother bought it for me as a birthday present for my 12th year.

My first shoujo manga was Nine Puzzle It was about billiards. It wasn't all that awesome but I found myself reading it fast probably because the lead characters reminded me excessively of Natsume and Mikan from Gakuen Alice (character design-wise I mean. but I guess even in character they have loads of similarities)

not entirely sure, but I think it was Skip Beat! . Good one to start off with, though it should have ended long before now lol.

^ No joke. I used to be much younger than Kyoko when I started. Now I'm older than Ren. Seriously.
Anyways, my first shoujo was Hana-Kimi. Not bad as a starter manga, if a bit mindless and cliched looking back.

I'm not exactly sure what was my very first shoujo manga. I think It was back in 2005, Koigokoro Gensoukyoku (1998) by MIZUTO Aqua.

My first manga was a shoujo: Marmalade Boy it was nice, though I didn't finish it since I switched to the anime after a few chapters.

Boku ni Natta Watashi.
Evidently, not the best manga to start with (considering I was 10). It set into stone my rocky and stone-cold path of bad shoujo and crappy smut....... with the likes of Minami Kanan and Shinjo Mayu. What's a girl to do?
