Fetish: Collection of short stories.
Gyo: Same mangaka as Uzumaki. Just as weird.
Uzumaki: Ridiculously bizarre but oh so good. Just read everything that's out by the mangaka!

Tsumikabatsu! I think it was Odette who recced that to me ages ago - simply the most HILARIOUS and BIZARRE thing I have EVER, EVER read! It's shounen ai with constant sexual jokes, but it's not smutty (at least, the characters never actually have sex, but the jokes are definitely adult-oriented).
Patalliro! Again, bizarrely funny shounen ai with constant sexual jokes, but much more "harmless" and "cute" than the previous rec.
