Higuri You writes some nice sad (light) shounen-ai titles like Cantarella.

Kuroshitsuji , Wish and Chobits make me cry,
but that might be just me 🤣

that is another manga that also got me teary eyed

well the manhwa Princess is sad. I was crying while I was reading it.

The anime clannad after story will surely make you cry.

The only manga I can think of that others haven't mentioned is World Embryo--there are some parts especially the latest chapters that are just way too sad. Also the manga itself is awesome, with a good plot.

Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan and Air maybe?The last chapter of Watashitachi always makes me cry and air it kinda built up but it was still pretty sad and maybe Bitter Virgin and if you don't mind incest Flowers of Evil.
