It's my time-passer.
Really, that's all it is. I search up new manga, which takes time.
I read the manga, and that also takes time.
Then I suggest the manga to others and lurk around batoto and MU forums until I have to do something else, which, coincidentally, takes time.

LOL.
MU is a place where I read stuff posted by its members and I chuckle sometimes.

Mangaupdates was pretty much my entry point into the massive world of manga, manhwa, webcomics and so on. It's actually the biggest reason I started actually reading manga.
At first I just came on to find out more about a manga I randomly picked up at my local library, but then I found a whole load of other titles that looked awesome and which I wanted to read.
Other people's reviews, especially those of members whom I see frequently on manga titles I've also read, have a particular role in getting me interested in new titles. Though I don't really remember usernames.. so once someone changes their avatar I don't recognise them anymore.... ^^;;

Mostly... my place to search infos about manga. Like what manga that have been released by a certain mangaka. It's very helpful. And when I'm feeling out of good manga to read, I would go the filter that I like and search interesting manga.

MU is the first place I visit when I want to get some info about a certain manga or manhwa. It is a place where I can keep my reading/stalled/dropped/wish lists organized the best + which informs me of any new scanlations for the series I read.
Originally, I was using myanimelist to keep a track of the series I read, but since it doesn't show you new scanlations, I quickly switched to this website.
It might be my most visited website, or, at the very least, one of the top three of my most visited websites.

You can PM me if you need a temporary (freelance) cleaner/redrawer for some project. Especially if it's something with nice art.
Being the lazy person that I am, I'm not likely to accept anything long-term though.

It's my favorite source if I have to find out something about manga quickly. Taking a look at the rating and the comments and then deciding whether I want to buy a series or not is how it usually goes before I hit the comicbookstore.
I also love the lists function, without that I'd probably have lost the overview long ago... hehe
Of course it's also one of my favorite ways of finding new things to read, browsing the categories for hours is a great hobby.
