So as the title says, cool female lead, and male lead, similar to Namaikizakari protagonists and preferably shoujo and non yaoi. It doesnt seem like much to ask but when doing category searches, there's only 5 results I guess shoujo main characters cant be too cool because, you know, shoujo

Definition for 'cool according to moi ' if you have not read Namaikizakari: a girl that does not get flustered so easily. In Namaikizakari, the guy is groping the girl and shes like, whatevs don't have time for this (what a badass omg). And the guy accidentally groping her does it with an expressionless face (this always cracks me up idek why).

i read your example and it seems like a new version of Kaichou wa Maid-sama. If you haven't read it you may like it, it's very similar to Namaikizakari. ^^

You can try Lip Smoke, the male has his cool moments, but he's more of a easy-going character. Hana no Kishi, all the characters are cool. There's also Li Ren Man, Mongol princess meeting a Chinese Duke, both of them are cool.
