I like odd songs from Devil May Cry 3 and 4, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 and Final Fantasy VII+. I can't say I like everything on any game soundtracks.

these have really good atmosphere and often make go into my playlists

Yea Street Fighter II & III were good
Metal Gear Solid 3 & 4 had some great tracks as well.

AR Tonelico Series has some good tunes.
Breath of Fire III is a personal favorite.

IMO, the best game soundtracks are from:
Pop'n Music series
Seiken Densetsu series
Atelier series
Unh, I think they're all of those I like. I don't recall any other, at least.
