Theres are some feature length films produced by Korean studios. I forgot the titles since none of them were memorable.

Yea Sky Blue was what I had in mind when I mentioned Korean feature length anime. Note I found it vastly inferior to Japanese productions.

Long ago I watched a Korean anime, The Legend of Blue (Jang Bogo). You can find the opening here. The same user put openings for some other korean animes so you can check them out.

The anime adaption of, the Korean drama, Winter Sonata? Voice-overs are Korean by the original drama cast -- but I'm not sure if it was produced in Japan or Korea. It aired in Japan though... I think.
(Note: I haven't watched it before!) D;

There's this extremely anime-esque French series about a French space opera BD from the 1970s. I forgot what it was called, but it's pretty good and the animation is spot-on.

I always wondered whether if any of the more popular stuff from Korea and China got an anime too.
But don't a lot of Japanese anime companies outsource their some of their productions in Korea since it's cheaper?
Anyway I'm going off-topic. Do French stuff count?:
- The Triplets of Belleville (I heard very good reviews about this, and the style appears very similar to the Professor Layton movies)
- Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem (I think this was a collaboration by both people in France and Japan)
There was another old non-Japanese anime-styled/cartoon I heard about, but I don't remember what it was called. It was very indie and abstract art style animation about a woman who was tempted and lured astray to her demise by the devil.

Bad news. The Korra miniseries is actually set for 2012. It makes sense since only recently did the creators release an image of Korra's face(link).
Anyways. There's Code Lyoko, a French pseudoanime that was eventually dubbed into English and release on Cartoon Network. Or well, it seemed like an anime too me....
btw, I thought Afro Samurai was made in Japan?

hopefully its early 2012 D=, and about afro samurai the Mangaka for it was Japanese but the anime was kind of a joint project between Gonzo studio, the Mangaka (his name escapes me lol), and Samuel L Jackson, i kinda chalked it up to American Made since it debuted in Spike TV and in Japan they didnt dubb it but had Japanese subs if i remember correctly
