This is a strange topic and I feel really weird replying but...
I feel the need to call this out:
Quote from Klapzi
It's sweat. After sex I smell almost exactly like I do after a handball game.
There is a faint smell of precum too, semen itself has almost no smell.
You sure about that?
I'm studying in the health sciences and from what I remember of my organic chemistry class with some anecdotes from physiology and biochemistry, I have to disagree.
There are some basic amines in semen to overcome the acidic environment in the vagina which could damage/kill sperm cells (the vagina is acidic as a physical barrier to microbial infection). I don't remember most of the compounds but the two that stick out were Spermidine ('cause the name comes from sperm) and Cadaverine. Cadaverine is particularly interesting because it is also found in rotting carcases (cadaver, corpse, etc.) produced from the tissue decomposition.
That's probably the smell you're thinking about

Most girls' odors are not -that- strong unless there's a problem like a vaginal infection...or if they're not keeping it clean 'down there'.
You are correct. I learned that it's generally odourless except for what you've just mentioned... If it smells weird, I'm supposed to refer to a physician (if this is the patient's 1st infection or it occurs very frequently).
It's probably a pyschological thing too, since I'm sure a lot of our sensory input is subjected to human interpretation which is usually defined by previous experiences and conceptions. If it is a smell that no one else seems to have the same identification with I'm assuming the individual is more basing the scent on the intimate experience they just had with their partner than the smell that their sexual intercourse created. You never know what the human mind is capable of creating... I really hope I don't sound like Freud right now lol because I have quite the distaste for that man :/
