Well, people tend to be drawn to assholes that think highly of themselves, and if that asshole discriminates, then his / her "followers" discriminate too, and when people want to be a part of a group (people are social animals, we need groups) and the only group to join is the asshole-foraleader group, then that new follower becomes another discriminator. This is how religions and any other form of discrimination are born.

Long story short, we welcome discrimination to fit it.

As much as I hate to say it, I think it's within our nature as humans that leads to social problem such as this. The nature that makes us tend to form our communal group, be it based on race, religion, nation, culture, language, gender, etc.
I'm talking about discrimination in a broader sense. Believe it or not from my experience it's the little things that lead to the bigger picture. And I'm not saying I it's okay for discrimination to exist, I just think I can understand why it exist.

At the end of the day, I think when it comes to law implementation or any important issue, (e.g. someone from major race A committed a crime against somebody from minor race B, then the guy from race A shouldn't be left untouched just because his country is populated by his own race, meaning the bureaucrat, law-enforcement etc should try him fairly regardless), if everyone can pass judgement to someone without being discriminatory in any country, that should be a big leap forward.

Discrimination is generally drawn out by one thing: fear of something different other than what is considered the norm.

However, you will have those few that are just outright bastards just because they want to be.

I blame the older and maybe the leader in our society which they started it. Kids and youth did not bother of being different from each other bcoz its good to be in different group.

According to Steven Pinker, violence is declining over time, and I can agree on that. But it doesn't mean that our society is flawless.
But his presentation was pretty engaging.

Well, surely in developed countries discrimation may come from "bastards" followed by other people and shit.

But that isn't what happens here.
Since I was a kid I was robbed around 10 times, in every one of these the color of the skin of the robber was the same(they are what we call "mulato"). The result? I fear them. When I walk alone in the street I will always try to avoid meeting a group of them. I don't hate them or anuthing but it IS discrimination, it is a pre-concept. I know most of them aren't bad people, they are like anyone else, you can notice this even when hearing what they talk about. But it's not like it helps....Its something like walking in the dark when you are a kid, you know that there is nothing in the dark, but you still fear it.

And this doesnt happen with me only, everyone in my school tries to hide the symbol in their uniform when walking on the street. Some even had family members killed, stabbed, beaten and they not only fear but hate them.

Here discrimation is a social problem to it's roots, inequality brings theft, theft brings fear, fear brings hate and hate can do horrible things but worse than that it brings discrimination and it just make things worse, some of them get a random mulato in the streets and beats the mulato. Congratulations, now the mulato and his family hates white too.

I don't welcome this kind of discrimination, but it's not like I can tell people not to do it, I do it myself even when I know I shouldn't......

But things are changing, mainly in the last 4 years things got a lot better here. If things continue like this maybe in my sons generation this hate circle will be broken, and maybe my son won't understand it too.
