first let me apologize for my English, it’s not exactly my strong point.
Now, I’m looking for mangas with one, or both, of these MC:
Overpowered MC – and I mean overpowered, not just extremely strong. I went through a lot of topics and most people recommend strong, but not overpowered, chars (Id, Noblesse…). What I want is character who is way above of all others from the beginning to end. So strong that no other character will be anywhere close to him (great would be if even all other characters together would be nowhere near him). Can be fighting, sports… or whatever.
The only one I found so far is OnePunch-man.
Evil MC – this time its manga with MC who is evil (and truly evil, not just evil in others eyes or “evil”-type character we can see in many shoujou mangas, but its ok if he sees himself as good guy). And most important thing, manga must end with happy ending for him (e.g.: if he is maou it ends with all humanity being wiped out or maybe few humans left alive and enslaved).
Don’t have any example for this one.

goblin/Ogre. kills and eats pretty much everything... violent pragmatic, gets overpowered in a matter of days, and apparently it was foretold that he will destroy the world. Not sure if he's evil enough but....

has the ability to regenerate and destroy any matter or magic.
is good at martial arts, science & engineering, and pretty much everything he does.
Although it's stated that his practical skills in magic are horrible, really he just has to keep his ridiculous instant ("flash")cast ability a secret.
can change other people's magic as they cast it. They can't counter it.
can split atoms in matter which causes extremely large explosions depending on how large the object he explodes.

He destroyed a good portion of Korea using his power once...

For OP MC, Hellsing should qualify. I don't remember Alucard having much trouble with his enemies, he's always holding back.
Rain The MC is quite overpowered/unbeatable too.
If you don't mind very short mangas : Burning Hell (should fit for evil MC too) and Adabana (Oneshot).

I’m definitely going to read Re:Monster (even story seems exactly what I would like, cant bealive I haven’t noticed it until now). Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou (Novel) and Burning Hell seem interesting too.
Already read Hellsing and I'm reading Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (Novel) right now, they both fit quite well, thought i would prefer even wider gap between MC and others.
Seems like i read Adabana, though i totally don't remember it, so it's time to read it again.
I tried Rain and it wasn’t my cup of tea, going to try it again though
