I'm desperately looking for this manga that I've encountered years ago in Raffmanga!!!

All I can remember is the heroine's features:
-she has a short BLACK hair (length is like of a boy)
-she appears to be of a tomboyish type (I'm not sure)

Also
-the male lead's hair is of light color?
-It's also a shoujo manga... I'm pretty certain that this is not yet scanlated by any groups...
-I think there is also a scene near the end where the girl visited the boy at night while he was sleeping in his bed (not sure if the boy is sick in bed/ injured and in the hospital??)

I know that it's very vague... But if you have any idea then please share...

Thanks in advance!!!!

Here are a list of short haired heroines with black hair and male leads with light hair.
I searched from 0-9, E-F, J, L, and P-Z.

4-gatsu no Kimi, Spica.
Love x Joint
R17
Shikanai Seitokai
Tenohira no Sherbet
Taihen Furyouku Dekimashira
W Juliet II
Wagaya wa Kiseki de Afureteru
Yume Miru Kishi to Himitsu no Hime

Also, if it's none of the above, then do you remember whether or not it was translated by anyone?

Personally, I think W Juliet II fits your description best, although I believe the male lead ended up visiting her in the hospital and not the other way around.
Also, based off the summary of R17, the female leads seems to be tomboyish.
