It used to be 100% SnoopyCool, but since they've dropped off the face of the scanlation world, I have no favorites now. I have a lot of groups I like but none of them can top what SC did.

I'm biased. But, Illuminati-Manga. ;/
Close second would be Manga Screener. They've done a lot of good mangas, and did two of my favorite series (20th Century Boys & Monster).

SnoopyCools didn't drop off the face of the scanlation world. There gonna drop 200+ chapters of manga on ours asses at Xmas like they do every year. That takes time to make and they have less staff.

Oh great...Christmas...Us staff are going to have a LOT of work to do on that day...
As for me, I have no favorite group, since I know a lot of good/bad things about each one...

Or you can report it the day before maybe if you ask SnoopysCool nicely. And I guess the other groups that will release for that day or maybe they will release the day before.

Eh? Bad things? Just what bad things (dirt) do you know? ;) Is it mostly on the shounen or guy groups? ;) I would've thought lampchopsil would only know about the releasing part, since I thought it would take a lot of time to update this site. ^^'
I would say that Shoujomagic is the one I follow best, since they release daily for the most part. It's not as fun to follow recently as it was about a year ago, when they were doing days with multiple releases on some days. Their Halloween flood of 29 releases 2 years ago was good, even though I didn't read all of them. And they released some nicely selected Valentine's Day manga oneshots that following February.
Anyhow, I know they are lacking staff so it's hard to do that much releasing, unless the team on that project is super euthusiastic. And plus, not-quite-so-recently the owner was having personal issues she had to deal with, so she had to take time off. But scanslators are human and I and others end up viewing translated manga for free because of them.
I follow Selene Scans closely since I know their release schedule. It's weekly and is usually several chapters. Lately the owner is a bit busy with her having become a doctor now, but at least we didn't hear that the group would shut down since scanslating seems trivial compared to that. ^^;

What I meant is that there is no real "perfect" group out there.

I would have to say my own. I just wish ~I had more time to get the chapters out more quickly.

Its easy. One of them [M-S] steals the work of american companies and the other doesnt (i know scanlations are in a legal grey area to begin with but i guess i believe in honor among thieves)

All you do is press the "quote" button that's in my post...
And why would I go around dissing groups? I'm not like that...
