The male and female lead are students. She likes a teacher at first, but then falls for the male lead. The teacher causes all kinds of problems for them because he likes her.
I'm just looking for some with that kind of story, not one in particular.

Hirunaka no Ryuusei has a student - student thing where she liked the teacher. Though he doesn't really mess with them too much.
