It starts off with the girl on the first day of school falls for a good looking guy and ends up befriending the guy's sister in order to get closer to the guy (at first) and that's all I remember but If it helps he does have a dog that's considered ugly and he's scared of going out in the summer because he's been left out in the sun when he was younger? He's a model. I'd appreciate the help, I can't seem to remember the name of it! The art style reminds me of ashita no ousama's.
