a boy either failed his hs entrance exam, or couldnt get any any of his choices, so his dad signed him up for some obscure unheard of school where the boy finds out its some kinda supernatural school for monster children and i think he's the only human there.
a huge detail of the story is, above the main office or clocktower of the school is there is an enola gay bomber plane frozen in stasis

ah. the problem there is what made the story so memorable was the ending/spoiler. ill put it here anyways.. ok so

the big deal with the enola gay bomber plane above the school is actually the end of the story (finished work btw) what happens is the entire story takes place in like a separate dimension or realm, where they used magic to try and prevent the bombing of hiroshima. the love story, the school, everything takes place in this pocket realm and if they tried to prevent it forever, the world will be rewinded or something over and over, so there's something about the boy falling in love with the girl being the key to move the world forward(?) or at least save part of their world through her, and at the end they finally let the plane loose and the bomb drops which reincarnates the boy and girl as real people in the real world and everybody else exists only in their hearts
something like that. its been a looooong time i dont even know if i remembered that correctly (hence why im looking for it again 😁 )

Yh sorry I tried to find but it reminded me of a movie not anime. something about special children that hide in a space crack that is stuck in a time loop of the bomb so they repeat the day over and over again.
