the main girl is in love with the President of the student council ( or maybe the President of school... not sure) and she finds out that the vice president is the one that was betraying them. (I think that the vice president is part of the red association a name like that... not too sure either...) The girl,later,comes to like the vice president. I think that at the end of the manga they (the vice president and the main girl) show the true face of the president.

It sounds like a shoujo.. the description is kind of vague.. since a lot of school life shoujo is full of plot like that. Can you provide more description bc i might have read it..
