ok, its kinda sad, but I love characters who are angel-like or have wings of some description. Does anybody have any suggestions for a manga with a (main) character who has wings? I dont really care what genre it is, although preferably good story along with it would be great. thanks. 🙂

Just to tell you what Ive read as well- +anima, Angel Sanctuary, black bird, Love monster and Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle (sort of).

Escaflowne does have that, at least in the anime, but it was fairly late in the series, IIRC.
