Hm... what about AKB49 - Renai Kinshi Jourei? Hilarious manga, and the character isn't forced to crossdress. He crossdresses in order to help his female friend.
The sequel of Genshiken, Genshiken Nidaime - The Society for the Study of Modern Visual Culture II also fits. Not forced, but the guy always crossdresses whenever he goes to the Genshiken club.
My favorite Prunus Girl also concerns a guy who crossdresses voluntarily, but looks so much like a girl that everyone doubts him (maybe Swyer's Syndrome). It's a hilarious manga, and one of my personal favorites.
Butterfly also concerns a young boy exorcist who always dresses in girl's clothes. The crossdressing isn't the main point, however; the exorcism is.
This one might be a stretch, but the guys in Reversible! go to a boarding school where half of the boys must dress as girls. Most go along willingly, as seen by the random crossdressing moments. The protagonist starts out as unwilling, but eventually becomes willing.
Piano no Mori, after the part when the characters are kids, Kai crossdresses and works at a bar playing piano. Not the main point of the story, but it's still willing crossdressing.

I second Prunus Girl purely because it's VERY ambiguous. Aikawa's true gender is not known, but is claimed to be a male. Yet, Aikawa is just too cute.... T^T Male? Female? Swer's Syndrome?

You find out till later that 'she' is really a boy, so don't be put off by the fact that everyone, including the translators called him a 'she' or that his name is Maria Rose

ETA: The main male in Orange Chocolate is a famous actor who plays women's parts. (In other words, he identifies as male but willingly crossdresses for work.)
