there are different methods, a lot of people unzip it and scroll through the pages normally, others use stuff like CDisply, which can be found simply by googling it up. Just google up "manga readers" or something.
And, before you end up asking this question, this is not a download site, so if there happens to be no download link, you'll have to find the release yourself.
