It is said that humans sleep a third of their life. I think I sleep three-quarter of mylife...I'm always tired...

I'm erratic, sleep during the day, and I'm sometimes awake for 60+ hours and feel fine none
Exhaustion is just normal for me, I've learned to deal with it. I don't remember living any other way.

Most people don't realize how serious sleep disorders can be...

Yes, I'm tired of the time, unfortunately.

I sleep during the day and I stay up during nighttime, especially late at night. none

You guys' brains are ... awesome.

A lot of people here seem to have sleep problems, even minor ones; Has anyone ever seen a doctor about it before?

I did and he gave me sleeping pills, which my boyfriend at the time proceeded to take in my stead without my consent or knowledge. Needless to say, I didn't get anymore pills. roll eyes

Sleeping pills before tests? no doctors can be idiots. A GP ought to recommend melatonin and sleep hygiene, and then send the patient to a specialist.

I could rant forever about this topic; I tend to teach my doctors about sleep, even when they claim to be specialists.

Yes. Always always tired.

It's not like I don't get enough sleep. I usually get around 8-10 hours. I don't know what it is. Every morning i'm sleepy. I can't seem to wake up at the right time. Either i've underslept or overslept.

My teachers have a go at me in school because i'm constantly setting my head on the desk and falling asleep. We have 3 huge pillows in one of my history classes, and today I lay on one of them, waiting for her to start the lesson, and fell asleep. The teacher had to prod me awake...actually it took 2 of them to do it laugh Luckily she just laughed her head off and told me to go to bed earlier XD

But yeah, I yawn a lot. Some people take offence, thinking i'm bored with them. I keep on having to tell them i'm just tired, although most of the people in my year now know that i'm always tired laugh

I'm always tired. It's not that I don't sleep much... it's just not enough. xD And I don't have any sleeping problems. I sleep like I'm dead. biggrin But it's still nice to take a nap after a busy day smile

I usually only tired in the morning, I'm probably most awake just before I go to bed.

I am usually tired and sleepy, but that's because I don't sleep as much as I should. Well, after I get out of school, I won't suffer at all, so its all good. =3

I sleep a good amount. A little less than 8 hours each night. Still, I almost always fall asleep in one of my classes, at about 1:00 PM. I almost fell out of my chair today while dosing off.

Usually I'm very rarely ever tired, even around 2am, but the last few days have been different. From after 6pm, my eyes start to get heavy and I'm generally feeling a whole lot more tired than I usually am...

I'm tired at appropriate times. Right now I'm sick, so I'm tired all day, but normally, I'm only tired about an hour or two after lunch (during physics class!). I don't really get tired at night until about 3 am, even if I woke up early for tests or classes or something. I'm never tired when it's time to go to sleep... laugh

I'm tired ALL the time eyes . The first thing I think when I wake up is: "Aah, I'm tired... sleep...school...sleep...dormir" I keep thinking this for about 2 minutes and without realizing it I fall asleep- must be why I'm usually late for school (-_-')
and when I'm finally awake I'll keep on repeating: "I'm tired" all day long- I must use the phrase atleast 30 times a day. It happens even on my free days when I get 12 to 15 hours of sleep.
