I'm constantly tired from the moment I wake up
till the time I finally manage to fall into a very terrible
sleepless sleep. (not sure if that makes any sense but
who cares) It's like a good sleep is impossible to get
anymore.

I'm worn out with all this testing and got only 5 hours of sleep but I'm bouncing around like a kid who is on an insane sugar rush biggrin I think exhaustion has a strange effect on me but sometimes I'm so tired I just wanna sleep.

sleeping is overrated. i average about 3-6 on weeknights, while my 12 hour naps on the weekends are only to bring up my energy levels.
so yea, i am tired all the time.

Weird sleep this week...

Monday & Tuesday night, went to bed around midnight, had to drag myself out of bed around 8:00 am, and have vague memories of dreams that were very vivid & realistic at the time.

Wednesday night, went to bed around 2:00 am, don't remember any dreams, and woke up around 7:00 am without the alarm...and today I've been less tired/sleepy even though I've gotten less sleep. confused

Don't say that when *ahem* someone with an insomnia disorder might be around. Sleep is rather underrated.

Sleep is important
Sleeping the right amount of time,
At the right hours,
Getting the correct type of sleep...

You are very lucky that you don't need to worry about all that, although you should at least be aware of it.

eyes

Rarely tired, I am too energetic to be tired. xD
I have a fixed time for sleeping, always sleep for around 6 hours during the night and take a three hour nap during the day. Seems to work just fine.^^

Same for weekends.
