Spontaneously maybe give Shuukatsu!! - Kimi ni Naitei (Kind of realistic storyline, but the male main character is quite clever, well off and - of course - popular among the female students, while his female counterpart is rather timid, ordinary and struggles while job hunting - and being compard with others like him) or Yokujou © Max (In short: She is poor & he is rich, Smut)? ^^

Other than the ones mentioned/on your list already, the only ones i can think of are Merupuri and Hadashi de Bara o Fume. Although Hadashi de Bara o Fume falls under your negative criteria(but it's not like love celeb and only bullies the female lead at the beginning).

well what about Akuma to Tsuki no Yoru and Akagami no Shirayukihime I think that fits
