I absolutely hate the ending of MARS! the last 5 volumes are so bad that I decided that a good ending to the manga is volume 10 (haven't bought the crappy 5 volumes).

hmmm endings that i didn't like off the top of my head:
Fantastic Children (all that hard work and the main character got nothing in the end)
Gilgamesh (it wasn't that great to begin with but i watched it till the end anyways..... and i was sorely disappointed).
12 Kingdoms (i felt that there was more to explore with the story, even though it had a lot of episodes for it already i don't think that was enough to cover that huge world).
then there's pretty much all anime that end like Berserk did, leaving it half way through. i mean i know there are some series that get picked up that are popular, but at least wait till there's a decent place to end it and pick up again at a later time if needed.
also like everyone else that said it before Ichigo 100%'s ending was kind of crappy. i wish the Mangaka at least made some alt. versions for us to enjoy seeing as how well liked some of the female characters ended up.

It just didn't make much sense overall...

Kindan Princess/Dekiai Paradox.

Another "I got married cause I liked getting raped" ending.

Ai Hime.

It just felt really pointless...

This list could go on forever so I'll stop here...Basically, the endings I hate are all mostly shoujo endings.

man I almost cried when I heard "Your sister is dead".:"Master its weird I don't have a sister but my chest hurts and tears are falling from my eyes"......that was way tooooooo much for me.

I sometimes wonder are their really people who enjoy that kind of anime. 🙁

i admit the stabbing scene is a bit generic, but the ending was fantastic! it tied up all the lose knots and give you a feeling of euphoria at the same time!.......

To me the last 5 volumes felt very contrived. In my opinion all the lose knots are pretty well wrapped up by volume 10. Vol 11-15 sort of felt like the manga-ka had to make up stuff because the had a contract of 15 volumes instead of 10. Everything was just so predictable and the fact that Masao comes back again annoyed the hell out of me!
MARS is still one of my most favorite series though. Rei Kashino so devilish delicious that I'd want to eat him up! And the art is just gorgeous. If was ever to buy the last 5 volumes it would be for the art!

For manga, I don't think there's an ending that sucked as much as Mx0's.

For anime, Macross Zero's sucked. The entirety of Macross 7 sucked too.

And probably Seduction More Beautiful Than Love.
It just...didn't feel right.

Honestly, I hate all endings. That sounds sort of obvious... But almost all endings left me angry at the fact that 2 or 3 more chapters weren't drawn in order to tie of loose ends.

Do manga authors think that it's "cool" to not explain what happened to all the characters. Do they think doing so will make readers angry? I don't get it!

But generally, you could say i hate all manga endings simply because of the fact that i DON'T want it to end >.<
