I'm looking for a funny, short, and preferably shoujo anime. thats pretty much it, thanks.
Also can someone please tell me how to add an image as a signature, i am new to this site, and i dont understand the FAQ. thanks, and sorry for my noobness.

The ones i'm watching now is Yumeiro Patissiere and Kobato. Both are shoujo and both stories are very funny and super cute. Kobato has around 24(?) chapters while Yumeiro Patissiere has around 50. They have a manga version but it's not complete yet and the animes are better. I really recommend the two.
*edit: Hmm..not sure as I find it a bother to put in a signature. But, summoning up all the internet knowledge i have, I'm pretty sure you have to post the image's link. Not sure though.

kobato is NOT shoujo. it's seinen. and while it's a cute series, it's not that funny. i enjoyed it though because i love watching cute things and seeing all the clamp crossovers. if you enjoy that stuff as well then you'll probably enjoy kobato.
i do agree about yumeiro patissiere being cute and funny. it was a surprisingly good shoujo anime. it is pretty long though. the first series is 50 episodes. but if you don't mind the length, i do recommend it. i do not recommend the sequel yumeiro patissiere sp professional since it's generic shoujo fluff/filler so far.
if you haven't watched it, i would definitely recommend itazura na kiss. it fits all your requirements: it's shoujo, it's very funny, and it has 25 episodes. i loved it.
some other shoujo anime (around the 24-26 episode range) that you might watch are
*fruits basket - i watched this so long ago. but i remember laughing and liking the overall story.
*kaichou wa maid-sama - it's a little funny, but i kinda got bored since the story goes nowhere.
*special a - i enjoyed it. it's not the best, but it was fun. pretty much all the characters get their story.
*skip beat - not as great as the manga, but i had a great time watching it. kyoko is a funny character.
EDIT
i have one more recommendation. nodame cantabile. it's not shoujo but josei (which is why it slipped my mind). great story, really funny, and it's not that long. nodame is such a wacky but lovable character. haha.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, i'll definitely check those out. as for the signature, thanks, but that was what i didnt understand, i dont know how to upload it. its alright, i dont want it that bad, i was just wondering is all, cause i copied it from my folder, but it didnt work. its fine, thanks again you're the best!

it fits you requirements, but despite being magical girl it´s seinen. So actually, it´s like a deeper shoujo first season: 13 ep second: 13, 3rd isn´t very cute anymore, it´s in the future 26 ep. I found the movie today, i think it´s between the 1st and the 2nd season

Yaaaay for anime! I'll break up the genre's for you (but don't let that deter youuuuu!)
Shoujo
Ouran High School Host Club (26 episodes) -- think of this as a sitcom, reverse harem anime... you'll be rolling with laughter, I'm sure... nothing deep, just a bunch of kids having fun.
Skip Beat! (25 episodes) -- this was surprisingly funny... fair warning: it has the absolute worst cliffhanger ending in the history of anime (well, at least... the worst cliffhanger I've ever encountered in my short list of anime).
Fruits Basket (26 episodes) -- while this may not keep the laughs going consistently like Ouran HS Host Club, it's very nice. I liked it a lot... it's a little deeper than typical shoujo, but it's very cute. It's also a reverse harem type. I suggest reading the manga though... it's so much more!
Natsume Yuujinchou (season 1 = 13 episodes) AND Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou (season 2 = 13 episodes) -- slice of life, shoujo anime... VERY heart-warming... granted... this is not "laugh out loud" funny, but I loved it sooo sooo much... keep a box of tissue near by, and get ready to fall in love with Nyanko-sensei (he's on my avatar).
Seinen
Hanamaru Kindergarten (12 episodes) -- a word to describe this: KAWAII! Super super cute! I fell in love with the round kiddies! Love love love!
Comedy, Historical -- can't really classify this as shounen/shoujo/etc...
Hetalia: Axis Powers (52 episodes -- 5 minutes each!!) and Hetalia: World Series (30+ episodes ongoing -- a must... it gets funnier with each 5 minute episode). Totally funny and fresh. You can learn a bit of history as you go too!
