I couldn't find the rest of the volumes. So who does the heroine end up with? please tell me it's e wan. Thanks!

The ending was pretty nice and didn´t feel forced at all but let me warn you that i can´t read kanji, i finished the manga only with the panels:
The oyabun/leader of the Imumasha gang hires someone to kill Ichigo whereas Chiyoko´s father returns and wants to take her with him to a foreign country. Chiyoko struggles to make a decision and also gets closer to Ichigo but she decides to go with her dad. She bids farewell to Ichigo a few days before and they kiss. Then the day of her departure arrives and she says goodbye to all of them except Ichigo (who isn´t there) and goes to the airport. At the same time, Ichigo goes to the church where he always went as a kid but gets stabbed multiple times by Inumasha´s leader and his hitman. He bleeds a lot but can defeat/kill those two and he can barely keep his conciousness. Chiyoko is at the airport making a last minute decision to stay with Ichigo and the rest in Japan. Her father understands and respects her decision and he leaves alone. Ichigo is fatally hurt but he can carry his bloody self to the cake store where Chiyoko is just arriving with her luggage. Crying, she runs towards Ichigo who collapses from his wounds in her arms. At this point i really thought that he died because the manga makes a pretty hard cut at this moment and forwards to a couple of years from now. Chiyoko and her stepdad(owner of the cake store and ex-boss) stand before a grave praying. At that moment a man with a little baby approaches them who turns out to be Ichigo with his son. He and Chiyoko married and got a baby together and could finally build their own family.
