Iv'e once read a manga about a guy who was really scared of thunder,almost like a phobia.
But I don't know anything about that manga besides that he was scared to death.

No,sorry,those were not the right one. I think the thunder phobia is not the main topic of the story. But I know that some guy came running in the rain,because the other guy was mad and ran away. Then it started raining,so the seme had to go find the scared uke. I don't remember exactly.
