What the title said. I actually only read exactly one web novel/novel which was overlord and I thought it was really good! Any recommendations for any other novels/web novels?
The only things I do not want to see are Harem (unless if it is used as a comedy element/satirical fashion), and I only want to read novels/web novels that are currently being translated, or completely translated, unless if it has a great deal of chapters already translated.

This is like asking "any good movies I should watch?"...
Personally I enjoy wide variety of light novels/web novels, of different genres, so maybe I should just mention my favorites, and omit some obvious ones (like Sword Art Online).
Also, you should check out Novelupdates website.
Japanese novels (alphabetically):
- Clockwork Planet
- Ghost Hunt
- Heavy Object (WAY better than the anime, you really should read this one )
- I’ll Live My Second Life!
- Mokushiroku Arisu
- Owari no Chronicle
- Shinrei Tantei Yakumo
- Slayers
- Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken
- The Zashiki Warashi of Intellectual Village
Korean novels:
- ARK
- King Shura
- Moonlight Sculptor
Chinese novels:
- Battle Through The Heavens
- Child of Light
- Coiling Dragon
- Combat Continent
- Otherworldly Evil Monarch
- I Shall Seal the Heavens
- Sealed Divine Throne
- Swallowed Star
- Tales of Demons and Gods
- Terror Infinity
- The King's Avatar
- True Martial World
- Unique Legend
- World of Cultivation
Also, Yu Wo books (like The Legend of Sun Knight).
Note that:
1. those are novels I personally like reading, not necessarily the best,
2. and on that note, there are like THOUSANDS novels for you to read, so even if you don't like my choices, don't despair

Just FYI, Terror Infinity is a Chinese web novel. And it kind of sort of is a harem, although technically the MC only has one GF but he's basically surrounded by 2 other girls who want him. It is great though so I'd recommend it especially if you like horror themed movies (it's not really a horror genre, but you'll understand what I mean if you read it).

Better use novelupdates to search for wn/ln.
WN/LN that I follow and/or completed reading (not in particular order):
The Lazy King
The Girl Who Ate a Death God (all of Nanasawa Matari's works)
Hai to Gensou no Grimgar
Hataraku Maou-sama
The Other World Dining Hall
Altina the Sword Princess
Tsukomodo Antique Shop
Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria
Gekkou
Common Sense of a Duke’s Daughter
Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken
Yuusha-sama no Oshishou-sama
My death Flags Shows no Sign of Ending
LNs with harem that you might want to consider:
Konosuba
Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatte Iru
Hikaru ga Chikyuu ni Itakoro
Anti-Magic Academy The 35th Test Platoon
Sekai no Owari no Encore
