That's hard, I don't know what is good for you... Maybe what is good for me isn't good for you. For example, Shisei no Otoko is one of my favorite yaoi mangas, but I know a lot of people who hate it. Also, a lot of people love Super Lovers, Finder and Hey Class President, but I don't like any of them...

Well, you should try THIS topic, people list the best yaoi they have read.

Like Dalek mentioned, everyone has a diffrent taste. So it would be a big help if you mentioned some of the yaoi/BL you've read and loved, that will make our recommendations for "Really good BL/yaoi" easier.

Personally I love anything by Yamada Yugi, you should also try Haru wo daite Ita
( A classic in the yaoi world ), and Koujitsusei no Tobira

It's really hard since we all have different opinions on what is considered "REALLY good yaoi" to us.

I like a lot of the titles already listed, and dislike some of them. As others have said, what one person considers to be great depends on personal taste.

One that I don't see recommended often is Tantei Aoneko. It is ambitious, beautiful, heart-touching, funny, complex, and IMO great. Sample

I'm re-reading Hydra right now as I'm featuring it on my Yaoi Kisses tumblr. Her art is not as gorgeous as some, but the depth of emotion MIYAMOTO-sensei wrings from it stuns me each time I read it. Sample

That's a sho-ai i think.The story is about 2 childhood friend.They've always been together until they in senior high school.One of them(I don't know until now who's the uke and seme)had fallen with his childhood friend but he didn't have courage to confess.At first,i was thinking that a really funny BL manga,and when i got at ch.150(maybe)the story suddenly being so heartwarming and there's a chapter when my tears just dropped and i didn't realized it TT_TT
