either one is ok with me, hell even Camie joining is ok with me (although it seems less likely though) but right now though if i had to choose it would like Aphelandra to join more than Margaret.
as for the crew count, i think Luffy said it was the minimal amount of members he wanted. i'm not saying he's going to have some sort of armada or anything. but i don't think it's going to stop him from bringing any other interesting people into his crew. i don't think Luffy's continuing journey is going to rely on him searching for One Piece either for the later half. since he said he believes the Pirate King is a title for someone who feels the most free on the sea. so it's likely all the other journeys he's going to get into is going to be played by ear like always.

honestly i think he needs to find more females for his crew. i don't want to sound cheesy or cliche when saying this, but right now the crew is like a sausage fest with 7:2 male/female ratio.

the reason is quite simple:

remember that kuma said to the the ghost princess on Thirril Park and luffy's crew: " If you want to go on a journy, where do you want to go?"

and the Amazon Island is supposed to be Sanji's dream land but his not there.

and consider that luffy's grandfather is a marine vice-adminral and his father is the world most want person, doesnt that make a possibility that his mother is the leader of the amazon tribe?

i dunno if those reasons are solid enough for your theory. i mean it was never confirmed that what Kuma says when he transports people has been confirmed to send them to the place they want to be. a land of women is sort of somewhat a dream of Sanji's but so is Merman isle with all the Mermaids. his mother does have a strong possibility of being someone of a high position like that, but it can also be said that she could very well be a normal one too.

If his mom is an Amazon, then she should be the last crew member for the Straw Hats. That would be awesome having her in the crew...

The thing is that even though Kuma asked the question of where (insert name here) wants to go, we've never seen an answer from anyone. So unless Kuma has some sort of cyborg mind-reading ability and able to determine a person's deepest desire, my guess would be that he determines where a person wants to go based on the current condition surrounding that person. And while Sanji does indeed like hot women, the last panel he was in seemed to me that he wanted beat the crap out of Kuma and not get laid (and hence why he's not the one on Amazon Island living the high life). Luffy's last panel before Kuma sends him flying shows him wanting to get stronger to protect his nakama, so where else would he want to go besides a place that can make him stronger? Also, while the Straw Hats did exemplify excellent teamwork (they took down a shichibukai clone relatively easily), they lacked in their individual skills and hence why they were separated (and why we don't see Sanji and Luffy training together).

Amazon came back and if they has a female child, kept it, if it was male, they killed it... or left it in the jungle or whatever.
