Hey minna,
I hope you can help me with this. Here are the things I'm looking for in a manga:

1) Male love interest must be LOOK older but still be sexy (like 10+ years)
- I am not interested in vampire, or immortals if they don't LOOK older

2) Male love interest must have hair down to his butt
- I don't want hair that is shoulder length or shorter. And hair in ponytails don't count unless it is still past the lower back

3) Female protagonist must be significantly younger
- Example: Female-16 years Male-25-30 years (and remember, he must look it)

4) Female must end up with the long-haired male

5) Must be a relatively happy ending. Can have drama and angst, but they must be together and happy in the end.

6) Preferred if the genre was fantasy. For instance, the girl getting transported to another world/dimension/time. And the male doesn't have to be human.

Sorry ya'll for the strict guidelines, but it's all I'm searching for right at the moment. Please let me know if you find anything. Thank you so much for your help!

P.s. A good example of what the male might look like is Yoiyami from Ten no Ryuu no Sakura.

You should try Inu Yasha by TAKAHASHI Rumiko : The supernatural adventure romance manga features Kagome Higurashi, a 15 years old highschool girl who was mysteriously transferred into feudal Japan. She met a half-human, half-yokai (japanese occult demon) named Inu Yasha, who is searching a precocious jewel in order to be fully transformed into demon. It has 56 volumes, the protagonist's hair go down on the lower back. It even has happy ending .

DO you know how to conduct an advanced search by Genre/categories?
Try the following categories-

Older Male Younger Female
Age Gap
Long-haired Male

Btw, Kanata Kara fits your bill too.

Oops! Maybe I should have done a list of the one's that I've read. Err....but there are so many. I have read Inuyasha, but it still doesn't fit the bill. He's more of a teenager than an older male. But it was a good series...a bit long though.

How about Immortal Rain? His hair isn't all the way to his butt but it's pretty long. Machika is 14 and Rain is about 1000 but looks 30ish

Hehehe you'll love Ten no Ryuu Chi no Sakura. I just finished it and LOVED it Even though it's pretty short, it's a great story and a must read

Ningyou Kyuutei Gakudan (it's gothic fantasy, the romance part is rather understated, the guy has wonderful long hair and the girl is much younger. I wouldn't call him "mature", but she is a teen, so the age difference is obvious)
World End Garden (oneshot, fantasy, about the ending
Another Kingdom (now, I have not finished this manga so I don't know how things will work out, but it is supernatural and features a young girl and an older male with long hair who is in love with her, so might be worth checking out)
Sara no ue no Kanojo (another oneshot & fantasy, not sure about the rest of the conditions, but to me he looks older than she does, and he has pretty hair)

Omfg YES. He is so freaking gorgeous its not even funny. The hair. So voluptuous, it shouldn't be allowed. It's worth another read ;D

Ningyou Kyuutei Gakudan I have started to read, it looks good, if a bit gory (man those dolls are freaky! )

I'm not sure if I'd want to read World End Garden. Does the girl and the long-haired guy get and stay together in the end?

Another Kingdom, I have also read. I won't spoil the ending for you, but it doesn't end up the way I wanted it.

Sara no ue no Kanojo was a good one, short, but good. But it leaves you with an incomplete feeling at the end.

Also Otogi mo You Aya ni Shiki, though his hair is shorter than described.
And maybe Tsuki no Shippo, though I don't know who she ends up with. But the heroine is a young girl and most guys around her look older and have long-ish hair.
