My roomate is just trying out this new diet in which you drink a special juice every one or two hours, only able to eat meat ( chiken, hot dogs, bacon etc.) and nothing else in between. Which i find a bit outrageous you could wolf down a whole pakage of hot dogs but a little ketchup will kill you?
So I'm asking you what kind of diets do you or someone you know go on when your jean zipper just wont zip?

As for me i like running in the park, and my rule becomes
"no takeout".

For guys if you have your jean zipper down and can't zip.. pee. At the street what-so-ever, it digest whatever in your stomach and it helps. xDD just the appearance.

Diet... Hm, i guess play with what you are obsessed with and forget your meal biggrin

I tried the "Apple Diet" which I created myself, but it didn't work out (and it was retarded) dead

The Apple Diet consists of just three apples a day, lol. Pretty much nothing else, so it's pretty obvious why it didn't work out ^_^;;

Diets are scary. I'd rather be fat.
I think I just cut back on stuff but it usually doesn't work since I'm too lazy and all.

ugh if i did that i'd seriously pass out the first day... especially since soccer season's coming up (wooh!!)

well, my friend took the south beach diet and lost 30-40 pounds. and now he goes to the gym frequently to stay in shape when he's in his off-seasons.

Drink a sort of medicine that works a little like laxatives...in a month or two you'll see the effects...or do mine which is lay off meat every two months and work out...or a friend of mine who was like almost 250 pounds and did 3-5 hrs. of jogging everyday while not eating anything but just drinking water everyday...i wouldn't recommend this one since you might die from it. but it worked for him....he lost almost 100pounds in 2 weeks

I think you're referring to the Atkins Diet (eating only meat). I suggest you get off it, because it's been found to create bad health conditions.

The best option is exercise and minimizing what you eat.

Stress and more stress >___> I lost 7 lbs through that "diet".

Not that I really want to have such a diet... But hey, I lost a lot.. Considering how I'm average weight, it's nice to be able to lose weight. Sorta..

I just eat what I normally eat but in lesser portions. Plus lots of water and fruits esp. water rich ones like watemelon. I also jog sometimes.

I tried the "skipping meals diet" in high school. Not good. Then I got a membership to a gym to loose weight, but they told me that I needed to gain some pounds instead 'cause I'm already underweight. I stop obsessing about weight after high school though. I was told I looked like a "starved rat" by my friend.

Anyway, the most out of there diet I know so far was from my close friend, she did the "tea and cigarette" diet. She would basically just drink tea and smoke when hungry.
