Since it was posted almost 10 years ago (January 17th, 2009):
Question: Do you see yourself still reading manga in 10 years?
- Yes! Love of my life!
- Maybe (I'm not sure)... Depends on a lot of things
- No, I'll be too busy or interested in other things
Or maybe a follow up to it.

PewDiePie or T-Series?
-PewDiePie
-T-Series
I left out the "Both", "Neither", "Don't know", and "Don't care" options on purpose.

Did you change the kind of manga you read over the years?
Yes i got tired of shonen/shojo manga and went for seinen/josei.
I read a lot of seinen/josei but i still read shojo/shonen from time to time.
I'm going to read Shonen/Shojo forever, seinen/josei is too serious for me.
I don't really care about that, i just read what i like.

Which series do you wish could be made into an Anime?
-Lord of The Rings
-The Hunger Games
-The Matrix
-Harry Potter
-Star Wars
-Pirates Of The Caribbean
Although the show Pokemon is "technically" an Anime, do you consider it one?
-No
-Yes
-What? It's "technically" an Anime?!?
-Never watched it, so don't have an opinion...

A "classic" anime is being remade to fit with today's animation standards. Are you angry or happy?
- Happy, I get to see the series with today's animation advances.
- Angry! There were no problems with the original.
Add more options if you think of any.
I recently re-watched the classic Legend of the galactic heroes, and still get upset about the look and unnecessary modifications in the new one.
Other examples for this could be the movie remake/s of Cyborg 009, or that horrendous CGI remake of Saint Seiya.

First, sorry i didn't check the archive first but peoples opinions may have changed(?) since then. These ideas aren't set in stone, so please feel free to add/remove as you please.
So i was pondering about something and the question came to me "what's the least favorite type of ending (of a completed series) that you(i) disliked".
*happy ending
*sad ending
*bad end
*unfinished story ending
*cliffhanger
*lovey-dovely
-or anything else you can think of would be fine too =P
so while contemplating this i was reminded of
--------------------
I was going to add -harem ending- to that list but i think this deserves it's own poll, since those also have their own types of endings.
"what's your least favorite harem type of ending that you disliked";
*everybody wins
*nobody wins
*main character wins
*side character wins
*newest contender wins (like when they show up late in the series than everyone else)
-again anything else you can think of works too
here, i believe i dislike the "nobody wins" type endings as it just makes me feel like the MainCharacter is an idiot for either not noticing and/or not picking anyone, and yet again, you know the story is over and you can't do anything about it. I've actually started(well, a couple years ago) staying away from harem stories as my heart just can't take them anymore (regardless of outcomes) xD

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
and my decision was when there is -unfinished- story. I can't really call that a cliffhanger because it wasn't suspenseful Spoiler (mouse over to view)
as they reached their goal and then nothing really happened,
as it basically just ended with the story being unfinished. even though i enjoyed the seires as a whole, there is still so many unanswered questions, and you know the story is over and you can't do anything about it. how bout yours?--------------------

Okay, I would like to suggest a poll that would create some controversies in the thread (lol)
I apologise beforehand if this suggestion has been covered.
Great era for manga/anime:
- The beginning (50-60s) e.g: Astro Boy, Speedracer, Kimba the Lion, GeGeGe no KitarÅ
- The trendsetter (70s) e.g: Doraemon, Galaxy Express 999, Lupin III, Cutie Honey
- The classics (80s) e.g: Dragon Ball, Captain Tsubasa, Gundam, Jojo
- The state-of-the-art (90s) e.g: Slam Dunk, Rurouni Kenshin, Sailor Moon, One Piece
- The millennia (2000s) e.g: Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Ouran High School
- The follow-up (2010s) e.g: some fan-service/media social type of manga & anime š - Not really sure
Some might disagree with series like Doraemon or Lupin III which start during the 60s, but I think the series were heavily distributed during the suggested era.
Feel free to edit my "nicknames" for the era or anything.

LetĀ“s discuss the animation process itself, now that the current poll is technically about that. Limited Animation is a fact of life for letĀ“s say 95-99% of all anime but does that bother you?
Limited Animation = Limited Art?
LetĀ“s assume that an animeĀ“s story is good or well adapted but the animation itself is overall average to bad or barely on model. Is this a dealbreaker?
I can easily overlook it
I can overlook it if the keyframes and/or art direction are good
I can overlook it if the sound design and/or the voice actors are good
Both the keyframes and the sound design need to be good
I only mind in extreme cases
Limited Animation is always an issue for me

- In what language do you read usually manga?
- Where do you buy new volumes?
- What is your opinion about omnibus editions?
________________
I consider myself as manga collector. I don't read fansub but buying volumes and manga magazines! All my lists starting with "Own" word are manga series which I really own as printed volumes. I understand English and Japanese languages. And my native language is Czech.
About lists:
---------------
Own (ENG) = Official English translations.
Own (JPN) = Original Japanese publications.
Own (JPN = ENG) twice = Have same volumes in ENG and JPN too.
Own (ENG + JPN) combination = Series combined from ENG and JPN volumes.

I'm gonna reverse it to the positive side of things. Also changing a lot of options
