I'm not. I hardly notice a girl's ass (unless of course it's freakishly disproportional to her body).
The first place my eyes go is the breasts, then the face, and if all that is nice then maybe I notice the ass as well, but it's not as high a priority to me.

I don't even care about those parts in men at all.
I usually go for the face first.
If it's nice enough for me to look elsewhere then my eyes goes elsewhere though those situations don't usually happen.
