I'm looking for the title of a yaoi manga I read.

It's about a brother who is meeting with his younger brother's boyfriend. His younger brother's boyfriend is a famous race car driver and recently had an accident. Too scared to see his boyfriend the younger brother asks his older brother to meet with him on his island.
The elder brother is a teacher and quite shy in personality. The boyfriend character is obliging happy to meet the relative of his boyfriend, he shows the elder brother around the island and they fast become friends.
However when the boyfriend character overhears a phone conversation between the two brothers in which the younger seems to want to break off the relationship. The boyfriend is distraught feeling as if the two were just playing with him. Feeling guilty the elder brother decides to work off his stay at the hotel by helping out the staff.
Calming down the boyfriend character sees that the elder brother truly meant no harm and starts to fall in love with him.
The younger brother arrives on the island and apologizes to his boyfriend claiming he was scared, however he notices that the two have gotten close and realises that his brother truly belongs with him instead.

There's also a chapter where another racing car driver begins persuing the younger brother.
