never

I like reading new series more. The only one I reread was Fruits basket and some parts of Power!!. But there are some series I would like to reread, so maybe when I´ll have the mood for it.

I re-read One Piece. But that was because I went for like a year without reading any, so I forgot alot of stuff.
But I get the feeling I'll be reading Midori no Hibi again. That manga was hilarious.

Only a few, when I don't have anything else to read, or the manga WAS SOOOOOO good, that I had to read it again.

Yeah, if I really like the series or I own the physical copies (no point in spending money on a series and only reading it once). Typically, if I don't feel like picking up something new, I'll just go and read something I really enjoyed, such as One Piece, GTO, FMA, etc. Then there's also the series which I know I've read but completely forgot what happened in them, such as Flame of Recca and Pretty Face.

There are some manga I've reread several times. Usually I don't read the kind of manga again when there's nothing to it but the plot. They're just not interesting when you know what's gonna happen. I think at the moment I reread more manga than I read new ones.

I think what Gene Wolfe said about good literature can also be applied to manga: "My definition of good literature is that which can be read by an educated reader, and reread with increased pleasure."

I can't re view/read ect ANYTHING... EXCEPT manga.
But I need to have a HUGE time between and I will skip a lot of parts.

I have a really good memory and get bored easily so if I know whats happening... not fun.
I usually re read scenes ect. With manga I can skip through photos and pick certain parts to re read and I can get into the story.

I don't re watch movies, re read books... study (>_>)

I'm not one of those people with the patience to read front to back of anything I've already gone through once, I'm the type that reads random parts of my favourite manga, like Ranma 1/2 - I re-read certain chapters that had me LOL, or Fruits Basket I can also never get tired of.
Actually now that I think about it, I've re-read Ranma 1/2 twice and Fruits Basket roughly 4 times, but they are the only exceptions.
I mostly re-read a manga if it's hilarious or had certain moments where I want to refresh my memory of.
stupid Inuyasha, I have to refresh my memory so many times because too much stuff happens.

In my life, I've only managed to re-read 2 books and re-watch 2 movies.
Also One-shots are easy to read again bigrazz

All the time, especially if it's a long series or the chapters don't come out that often and I need to re-read it to remember it (One Piece, FMA etc.) I don't only read them cause I need to do so to remember the story line but also cause they're highly enjoyably, I mean it's manga like One Piece and FMA.

I also re-read random manga depending on my mood, VITAMIN I've re-read many times, Hana Kimi etc. Usually good ones that I liked and make me feel a certain emotion or is a good way to just spend some time without having to really think cause I already know what's going to happen.

Only very rarely, and only the really good, still on-going ones where I need to refresh my memory to fully enjoy reading on. So far I've only re-read Beck and Berserk, and I suppose I'll end up re-reading Vagabond at some point down the line. Other than that, no. Too much new manga to check out to keep dwelling on the past ones.

All the time. There are always details that I have missed or forgotten. And when I find that a series is really good I can read it tens of times.

I reread manga even though I know where the plot leads to because I want to re-live the atmosphere (Alive!, some parts from REAL or Beck for example).

Same goes for movies and books. It is not the story alone that captures my interest but the overall feeling all of the components create.
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy or plays by Oscar Wilde are a very good example for books that can be read over and over again. Or Catcher in the Rye, Ringworld, Dune...basically any good science-fiction and pearls of classic literature. wink
And movies by Guy Ritchie and by/with Clint Eastwood. Pure entertainment.

It depends on the story but yes i will re-read whole manga or just parts that make me laugh or i found touching.

Also sometimes i get really bored of a certain manga or something i will go back to what i like to remember why i like it.... then stop reading the manga that got me to that point. Because if it sucks so bad i have to read something else there is something wrong.

The one i have re- read the most is Tokyo Crazy paradise. Its long but i still laugh at it.

Quote from Sagaris
Never.
It's just how I operate.

Same here.

I don't know why, but i'm the same way with books and movies. I'm very much about movement based visual splendor. If something is pretty to the eye, I can watch specific scenes over again. I can watch an action scene over and over because the movement captures me.

Books and manga don't do that for me. It's 100% story that gets me, but once I know the story I don't ever feel the need to read it again. I've purchased a lot of novels in my life but I don't own any. Everytime that I finish one I usually leave it in a public place with a note written inside the cover, "When you finish this, leave it where someone else can find it too."

I don't give away my manga because I like collecting it, but I just like a novel, I never go back to it.
