it is true that if he is such a bad president why did he get re-elected, i have no clue why he got re-elected. i'm from the northeast so pretty much everybody around me hates bush so i was really surprised that bush got re-elected again and it made no sense.

it's the ppl fault for voting for him since he was in support of the war and all,

He probably meant with that.. That the Western world is supposed to be great/advanced/civilized.. And by saying "USA is worst hellhole of the western world", it was said to demean the USA(its politics)..

That's what I think, at least.. laugh

There are a few reasons why he got re-elected....

1. The bible belt. Bush said he thinks god wants him to be the president and the thumpers aggreed.

2. People are stupid and in 2004 were afraid that if we changed presidents we would "lose the war"

3. One of Bush family close friends is the same guy that makes the ballot counting machines and voting boxes (eek)

4. Hillbilly republicans like douchebags from Texas. Why not vote for a good 'ol boy who hates blacks, is against abortions, and goes to Church?

I love America......but sometimes I hate Americans.

Actually, now he's saying that he wants to be part of the Protocol (they can't deny Global Warming anymore), but he is still refusing the mandatory reduction of green house gass emissions . >_> Yea, more money to war, but he's still refusing to fund stem cell research, and additional health care benefits, etc.

USA is worst hellhole of the western world and George Bush is its worst president. Sadly Finland is going to same direction...

...

none That's not a nice thing to say.

Sorry i didnt wanted to upset American people. But just look the crime statictics and how many poor people suffer there.
No public healthcare unless you have insurance... and all of the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. I just cant accept with how USA and G. W. Bush manages things.

lol, I'm not American and I agree with you on those things. It's really not that bad here in the US, but a lot can be improved - like healthcare, as you said... but a big chunk of national budget is going to the war.

And yes, I agree that Bush isn't doing a good job as a president. >_> I think my words were being misinterpreted.

That's actually a good thing, do you know where Finland healthcare comes from? It's comes from the pocket of hard working Finlandians like you and do you know who profits from most of the healthcare? The sons of immigrants who came illegally in your country and lives off the "help" (your tax money) the government is giving them.

The americans are already paying enough tax money as it is, I don't wish for them to pay even more for every single illegals that just jumped the wall and have 10 childs per familly.

USA wasn't always like that with healthcare, but the way it is now healthcare won't work the way it is supposed to.

The sons of immigrants... I'm quite shocked to read something stupid like this...
It's too easy to put the blame on strangers... My grand father came to Belgium to work LEGALLY.
My father studied here and is WORKING hard every day to raise me and my siblings...

As to those people who are wherever illegaly, do you think it's easy for them? I don't know anyone like that but I can imagine just how hard it is. Far from their family and friends, working hard to gain less than others....It's pretty stupid to think that they are here, living off others an easy life...

Well, it's easier to put the blame on others than to look at real problems and at ways to solve them...

I am also an immigrant living in France. That does not mean I need to be oblivious as to what is happening around me and live like a sheep in a fake world of bliss and ignorance, I prefer to know what is happening and to know what kind of people are feeding off the healthcare system and advantages of the helps that is offered to them.

Of course if you came to belgium legally there is no problem, you can work legally and participate in what nice healthcare system we have here in Europe.

But the ones I am talking about are the illegal ones, the ones who came illegally by hidding themselves in cargo boats and such. Those are the ones who make things like the healthcare system fail, by exploiting the healthcare system and other financial help endlessly.

Those are the ones who only work illegally and therefore can (and won't) participate in the healthcare system and will only take whitout never giving, as all the money they make won't be deducted as part of their tax. Therefore if they work illegally, they will not officially make any money and won't be paying any taxes.

So I ask you, why should hard working Europeans work and pay tax for the healthcare that most of them won't even use? While others who do not pay tax and work illegally will exploit this same healthcare system?

When you encounter a familly that has 10 childs and none of the familly members are actually working, you know there is something wrong!

I must say, GW Bush was put in this situation and did what he thought was right. However, that doesn't mean I'm a total fan of him. Just think of the other presidential candidates that were running for office against him. Thought about it? Good. Because I bet that they would be getting the same criticism that Bush is getting right now (even if their actions are different, it doesn't mean that there won't be people who disagree with them).
Though he might be going down in history for one of the worst presidents the US has had, you have to remember what was happening in the world around him that backed him into a corner. I sincerely hope that I haven't offended anyone and please support our troops (even if they are fighting a war that many think they shouldn't, they are still risking their lives, VOLUNTARILY). Thank you!!
