When the point of view switch from the guy to the girl.

Unless if you're talking about a manga, where the girl does not fall in love at all, that gets harder under the romance manga.

Yeah, Cat Street and Matsuri Special are two excellent manga that I deeply enjoyed and I highly recommend it. I also recommend Beauty Pop.
