If a drug addict could make reasonable choices there would be no problem in being a drug addict, it would be like the other addictions. But it is not. Drug addicts can't make choices and that is obvious.

Now, instead of paying drug addicts to sustain their addiction and spread drugs to other people isn't it better to build rehabs?

Paying drug addicts to do that is an act of cowardice. You are running away from the problem, not solving it.

Choosing to sterilize them does nothing to prevent anything. In the end, it all comes to education.

i find it kind of stupid, so lets sterilize all guys who drinks alcohol because alcohol can give problems to children to!

i just hate when people do some crazy shit like sterilizing other people for preventing thing and etc.

so are we saying that, drug addiction, like the alcohol addiction type B, are genetically inheritable and cause certin defect in one's hormonal metabolism that it leads to more probability of drug addiction? and that sterilization is a way of preventing these bad "defect" genes from entering the population gene poll?

and like how mother with AIDs will have difficulty with having healthy children.

The problem isn't people, it is the system. By that I mean our prison or correctional facility still models that of the original 1800 system. We place the first time offenders with long time convicts and by the time they come out, they are worse. We keep putting people of different offenses in, child molesters, murderers, rapists, with people who robbed a store, burned a garbage dumpster........

We place older adult inmates with younger under 18-21 teens together.....

Our prison doesn't correct anything, it just is a place to keep criminals out of our sight. It's a temporary solution that has a heavy price. I believe ten years ago, I read on the news that within 1 year of release, 30% of criminals are arrested again. Within in 5 years, as much as 60 percent will return with the same crime. AND 70% of the criminals arrested again committed worse crime than the first offense.

I want to say to all voters in America to stop worrying about the immigrants, the gays, the foreign nations [particularly China], and start opening their eyes to the corruption and the atrocities our own nation and system is committing.
