I read this manga and I forgot to record it
It is a incomplete manga and this is all I remember from it:
This guy can see music or emotions (can't remember) and meets this guy who play an instrument
The guy who plays the instrument has a friend in the hospital and ask the music/emotion guy to help
After they help the friend in the hospital the instrument guy asks the music/emotion guy to be their conductor
The music/emotion guy then begins to help the band with their problems
